Inspecable is SHEQ, inspection, asset and field operations software built in Johannesburg for South African heavy industry: mines, process plants, manufacturing, utilities and heavy-equipment fleets.
Findings that never became actions
Every mine and plant runs on inspections: pre-use checks, statutory inspections, safety audits, thousands a month. Most of them were done on paper, and the finding on the paper went into a file.
The same finding came back the next month. Nobody owned it, nothing proved it was fixed, and when the inspector of mines asked for the record and its evidence, the answer took days.
Inspecable was founded in Johannesburg in 2025 by Vela Sabelo to make the closed-out action the outcome: a failed item becomes a tracked action that cannot close without evidence and a signature.

An inspection that does not end in an owned, evidenced, signed-off action is paperwork. The product enforces the closure; the database refuses anything less.
Built for no signal
Inspections, incidents and toolbox talks run on an Android phone with no signal and sync when the app is back in range, because that is where the work is.
Records you can hand over
A signed PDF per inspection and a history of who signed and amended what, verifiable on demand from the dashboard or the phone.
