Account & Data Deletion

    Delete Your Account & Data

    You can delete your Inspecable account and associated data at any time, either in the app or by request. Here's how.

    Option 1 — Delete in the app

    1. Open the Inspecable app and sign in.
    2. Go to More → Settings & Preferences (your Profile).
    3. Tap Delete Account.
    4. Confirm. Your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted.

    Option 2 — Request by email

    1. Email info@inspecable.com
    2. Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
    3. Include the email address associated with your account.
    4. Provide your organization name (if applicable).
    5. We process requests within 30 days.

    What is deleted

    Deleted

    • Your account and profile (name, email, phone)
    • Your personal settings and preferences
    • Personal data associated with your account

    May be retained

    • Records your organization is legally required to keep (e.g. completed inspections and sign-offs), retained by your organization
    • Data required to comply with legal or audit obligations
