How does billing work?
You pay R150 per active field user per month, and R250 for admins, asset managers and super admins — with super admin seats capped at three — plus a per-asset rate that starts at R80/asset. Everything is invoiced together at the end of the cycle. Choose annual billing to save 10% on your total. Prices exclude VAT.
What counts as an asset?
Any piece of tracked equipment, vehicle or location record with an active status in your organisation. Assets are shared and pooled across your entire team.
How is asset pricing tiered?
Assets start at R80 each per month. The rate drops to R75 per asset once you track more than 200 assets, and to R70 per asset above 500 — and the lower rate applies to every asset, not just the ones above the threshold.
How does AI billing work?
AI features (SpecBot, risk assessments, AI reports and summaries) run on pooled AI credits that are billed separately from your subscription. Credits are charged per action, not per word: a SpecBot question costs 2 credits, an AI inspection summary 3, hazard identification 5, a risk assessment 10, and a generated report 15. Credits are drawn from a shared balance for your whole organisation.
How much do AI credits cost?
AI credits are R0.35 each, in packs from 100 credits (R35) up to 20,000 credits (R7 000) — the same rate at every pack size. In practice that is about R0.70 for a SpecBot question, R3.50 for a risk assessment and R5.25 for a generated report. As a guide, Light usage (250 credits) is roughly R88 a month, Medium (500) R175 a month, and Heavy (1,000+) from R350 a month.
Is there a setup or integration fee?
Yes — a once-off onboarding and implementation fee. Buying online, it is R15 000 excluding VAT, and it covers your kickoff call, account setup and your assets and team imported and ready. Larger or more complex rollouts are quoted individually to your asset count and team size. Your monthly subscription only starts at go-live, after your kickoff call. Custom API integrations are priced on request, based on an assessment of the systems you need to connect.
What is your refund policy?
Unused AI credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase; credits already used are not. Storage add-ons are refundable in full within 7 days if the extra space is not in use. The onboarding fee is refundable in full until your kickoff call. Subscription periods are not refunded once started, and you can cancel at any time with effect from the next period.
