Welcome to Inspecable, the operational assurance platform. This short tour shows you around the web portal.
Dashboard
After you sign in at app dot inspecable dot com, you land on the Dashboard. The Operational view shows your assets, active issues, today's inspections and open jobs, with an overall asset health score underneath. Click any card to open the list behind it.
Safety view
Switch to the Safety view for open issues, incidents, observations and findings, and a live map of where your people and work are right now.
Customise the dashboard
Customize lets you drag widgets into the order you want, or switch them off. Changes save as you make them, and the layout is yours alone.
Sidebar
The sidebar groups everything by the job you are doing: Ask SpecBot, Overview, Assets and Operations, Inspections and Issues, Safety and Compliance, Risk Management, Insights and Records, and Administration. What you see depends on your role, your edition, and the features your organisation has switched on.
Header
In the header you have global search, a switch between the admin and field layouts, light or dark mode, your notifications, and your profile.
Operational Insights
Operational Insights is your prioritised to-do list. It counts the critical items across the whole operation, shows which areas they come from, and lists each one with the records behind it, so you always know what to fix first. Start every morning here.
Ask SpecBot
And when you need an answer, Ask SpecBot searches your own documents and the mine health and safety library in plain English, and tells you plainly when the answer is not there.
