Baseline HIRA, Risk Register and Codes of Practice with AgentDeclare (MHSA) | Inspecable

AgentDeclare is part of Inspecable Mining and is switched on per site. Every draft is advisory: a competent person reviews and confirms before it becomes a record.

    Intro

Risk management in Inspecable pairs a formal register with AgentDeclare, the AI that drafts assessments, root-cause analyses and codes of practice for a competent person to confirm. Nothing it writes becomes a record until somebody signs it off.

    Risk Register

The Risk Register lists every assessment: job safety analyses, hazard identification and risk assessments, and issue-based assessments, each with its risk level, status, AI state, hazard count and validity. Filter it, export it to Excel, or review the pending AI drafts.

    Baseline HIRA

Baseline HIRA generates the operation-wide assessment the Mine Health and Safety Act requires. Choose the operation and, if conditions differ, the working place, describe the task, and AgentDeclare drafts an MHSA-format HIRA grounded in your knowledge base. Review it, edit it, and confirm it with a competent person's sign-off.

    Continuous Checks

Continuous Checks are the field checks derived from a confirmed baseline: every control, verified on a schedule by someone on the phone, who answers whether it is in place, not adequate, or not applicable, and can raise a risk that was not on the baseline.

    Loop Closure

Loop Closure takes a finding, asks what happened, where, when and whether it has recurred, and drafts a root-cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions. The ones you confirm land in the CAPA register marked as AI-proposed until they are verified.

    Code of Practice drafting

COP Drafting writes a Code of Practice from a topic, section by section, with its sources. Confirm it and it becomes a controlled document that can be distributed for acknowledgement. Upload existing COP brings one you already have under control.

    Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is what grounds all of this. Drop in standards, codes of practice, procedures and manuals; each is chunked into Spec Bot AI memory and cited by Ask SpecBot, standards reports, HIRA drafts and loop closure.

    Ask SpecBot

And Ask SpecBot is the plain-English front door to it: ask about a regulation, a code of practice or a risk, choose which documents it may use and how hard it should think, and it answers with what it found, or tells you plainly that the answer is not there.

    Wrap-up

That's risk management. Next, documents, controlled documents and the inspector pack.
