How does permit to work software enforce signatories and isolations?

Every safety process in one hub. The Safety dashboard, incident reporting and investigation, the single findings register, permits to work with signatories and validity windows, safety observations, toolbox talks with attendance, the management-system framework (objectives, legal appointments, committee, legal register, conformance), occupational hygiene exposure monitoring, and drills and health programmes.

    Intro

The Safety Hub gathers everything a safety officer runs, each on its own tab. This video walks through them in order.

    Safety dashboard

The dashboard tab counts days since the last incident, open incidents, active permits, observations split into positive and negative, open actions and AI-proposed actions, with the most recent incidents and observations underneath. Report Incident and Observation sit in the header on every tab.

    Incidents

Incidents carry an ID, a type such as injury, near miss, environmental or vehicle, a severity, a status and a reporter. Open one to record the investigation, the root cause, the people affected and the corrective actions, then close it.

    Findings register

Findings is the single register every finding lands in, whatever its source: inspections, audits, observations, incidents and continuous checks. P1 findings are counted and named at the top, and you can filter by source, priority, type, status, asset and location.

    Permits to work

Permits to work show their number, type, status, validity window and requester. Request Permit captures the work, hazards, controls, validity and signatories, and a permit moves from draft through approval to active and closed.

    Observations

Observations record what people see, positive or negative, in a category such as PPE, housekeeping or equipment. Escalate turns an observation into a finding with an owner and a due date.

    Toolbox talks

Toolbox talks and safety meetings are the proof that briefings happened: title, topic, type, duration, who conducted it, how many attended, with attendance marked per person and evidence attached.

    Management system

The management system tab is the SANS 3000 and ISO 45001 style framework: objectives with owners and targets, legal appointments, the safety committee, the legal register, assurance activities, critical controls, audits and reviews, and performance.

    Exposure monitoring

Exposure monitoring records occupational hygiene readings against their limits, counting what is within limit, what exceeded it, and what has not been assessed yet. An exceedance raises a finding.

    Drills and health

Health and emergency holds the drill register, with evacuation time, whether the muster point was reached and who attended, and the health programmes your organisation runs.
