Intro
Work you do for a customer at their site is a job. This video shows jobs, the dispatch board that plans them, and the customer records they belong to.
Jobs list
The Jobs list shows each job with its customer, site address, assignee, scheduled date, duration, type, priority and status, plus flags like permit required and signature outstanding. Filter by status and priority, or search.
Kanban by technician
Kanban groups the same jobs by technician, so you can see at a glance who is loaded and who is free. The status chips filter the board, and Plan routes orders a technician's jobs for the day.
Job detail
A job carries its description, the customer contact, and the site address with a Navigate button. Below that are the checklist, parts, notes, media, time and the two signatures: the customer's and the technician's. Save PDF to Documents files the job report.
Dispatch board
The Dispatch Board is the planner's view: open tasks and jobs, what is unassigned, what is high priority, and which technicians are active. Switch between Kanban, timeline, map, schedule, task list and week views, and check the site weather before sending anyone outside.
Customers
Customers lists every account with its contact, sites, revenue, open work and last activity. Filter active, inactive or prospects, and export the list.
Customer record
A customer record has tabs for activity, notes, sites, assets, work orders, invoices and documents, with lifetime revenue and outstanding balance at the top. Create Job starts a job pre-filled with this customer, and sites added here appear under Sites and Areas as customer sites.
Wrap-up
That's jobs, dispatch and customers. Next, the Safety Hub.
