How do mines manage MHSA compliance records for an inspector?
Document control for audits in Inspecable: the library with expiry and review badges, uploading with control metadata (owner, review cycle, confidentiality, acknowledgement), generated records tied to their source inspection or work order, the controlled-documents register with version lookup by date, and the Inspector Pack that exports the evidence for a date range.

Intro
Everything the system proves ends up as a document. This video shows the library, the records the system generates, controlled documents, and the evidence pack a regulator can ask for.
Document library
The Library holds policies, codes of practice, certificates, permits and uploads, grouped by category. Badges show what has expired, what is in Spec Bot AI memory, and what still needs acknowledgement. Each row can be previewed, downloaded, versioned, archived, added to the knowledge base, or acknowledged and signed.
Upload with control metadata
Upload captures the document's control metadata: a name, category and confidentiality, an owner accountable for review, a review cycle and expiry, whether staff must acknowledge it, and whether to add it to the knowledge base. A document number is assigned and the document starts as a draft.
Generated records
Records are the PDFs the system generates from inspections, work orders, jobs, sign-offs and maintenance, each tied to the record and asset it came from. Filter by record type, and generate any that are missing.
Controlled documents
Controlled Documents is the register with version history. Ask which version was in force on a given date and get exactly that revision; supersede a document to issue a new revision while keeping the old one retrievable. Confirmed codes of practice from COP Drafting land here automatically.
Inspector Pack
The Section 53 Inspector Pack bundles the sealed evidence for a date range: inspections, findings, actions, permits, incidents, training records and the documents in force, each with its seal hash so the recipient can verify nothing was altered. Set the dates and generate the pack.
Wrap-up
That's documents. Next, workforce, training and contractors.
