How do I stop workers with expired medicals from clocking in?
People and their fitness for work in Inspecable: the live muster of who is on site, worker safety profiles with medicals, licences and certifications, the readiness gate that blocks a clock-in when something is expired, timesheets from clock events, zones, shifts and pay rules, training courses with quizzes and certificates, and contractor compliance judged on the documents on file.

Intro
Equipment is only half the story. This video covers the people side: who is on site, whether they are fit and competent to work, how their hours are counted, how they are trained, and whether your contractors may be on site at all.
Live muster
Workforce opens on the live muster: how many people are on site, on break, on surface, underground and in restricted areas, by zone, updated on every clock event. The muster report prints the list for an evacuation.
Worker safety profiles
Workers are the safety profiles: medical fitness, licences and certifications, training, inductions and skills for each person, whether or not they have a login. The cards count who is compliant, who has something expiring, and what has already expired.
Readiness gate
Readiness runs the fitness gate for everyone: medical, required certifications and required training. The same gate blocks a clock-in on the phone or at the gate kiosk when something is missing, and a supervisor can override it with a recorded reason.
Timesheets
Timesheets turn clock events into ordinary, overtime, holiday and night hours, with the estimated pay from your pay rules and any exceptions such as a missing clock-out. Compute them, review them, and export to payroll.
Zones, shifts and pay rules
Setup holds the zones and geofences that decide whether a clock-in is on site, the shift patterns, versioned pay rules, each worker's pay template, shift-start checklists, the selfie and biometric settings for the kiosk, and the shift alerts.
Training
Training is a light learning system: courses with video, document and text lessons, quizzes with a pass mark and limited attempts, and certificates with expiry dates. The Team tab shows who is compliant, who is at risk and who is overdue.
Contractor compliance
Contractors are judged on the documents on file, not on the approval alone: an approved contractor whose insurance has lapsed is not compliant, and the page says so. Add the health and safety file, the letter of good standing and the insurance with their expiry dates, and mark each one verified.
Wrap-up
That's workforce, training and contractors. Next, reports, alerts and settings.
