How do I write the monthly safety report without a spreadsheet?

Measuring, warning and configuring in Inspecable: the shared report filters across every tab, the Safety and Compliance score with its weighting, saved and scheduled custom reports, alert rules for expiring documents and overdue inspections, and the organisation settings including the workflow lifecycle enforced by the database, billing and usage, and permit types.

    Intro

This last portal video covers how you measure the operation, how the system warns you, and the settings that shape everything else.

    Reports

Reports shares one filter bar across every tab: the period, a comparison period, asset type, customer and site. Overview compares inspections, open issues, work orders and completion with the previous period; Operations and Team go deeper into inspections, work orders, issues and people.

    Safety and Compliance score

Safety and Compliance rolls inspection completion, overdue inspections, critical issues, incidents, permits and training into one score out of a hundred, with a risk level and an audit-ready verdict. The weighting is yours to set: move one slider and the others rebalance so the total stays at a hundred percent.

    Custom reports

Custom holds saved reports built from a definition, a date preset and an output format, with an optional schedule. Run one now, or let a weekly or monthly schedule email it to the people who need it.

    Alerts

Alerts are the system's proactive warnings: documents and licences expiring, overdue inspections, out-of-range readings, overdue work. Each rule says what to watch, how severe it is and who to notify; acknowledge an alert to record that you have seen it, and set your own channels under My preferences.

    Settings and workflow

Settings is organisation-wide. General sets the currency and lets you load or remove sample data. Workflow defines the states findings and actions move through and who may make each move, enforced by the database so it holds on the phone too.

    Billing and permit types

Billing and Usage shows seats, assets, storage and AI credits against what you are entitled to. Nothing is removed at a limit; adding more is what pauses. Permit Types, Sign-off and Acknowledgement, Escalation and Assignment Reminders complete the set.

    Wrap-up

That completes the portal series. The final video takes the Android field app into the field.
