AI that works from your own records, with a person confirming each finding
AI for safety and inspection teams in South African heavy industry. A paper checklist becomes a digital one you review before it goes live. A completed inspection is checked item by item against the Mine Health and Safety Act, with a person confirming each finding. SpecBot answers from your organisation's own records and manuals.

Three things the product enforces
Checklist import
Upload an Excel sheet, a PDF or a phone photo of the paper form. The AI builds the digital checklist with its sections, item types and photo requirements; you review and edit it before it reaches the Android app. 2 credits.
Standards report against the MHSA
A completed inspection is checked item by item against the MHSA corpus, and each finding is confirmed or rejected by a person before the report is issued to PDF or DOCX. Your own standards join the check with the knowledge base switched on for your site.
SpecBot, grounded on your records
An assistant on every web page and on each asset in the field app. It answers from your organisation's live data and the manuals on the asset, for example what was found on a pump at its last three inspections. 2 credits a question.
What it does not do yet
The AI never closes an action, signs a record or decides a finding: a person confirms each one. The MHSA corpus is a curated subset, not every regulation and code of practice. Credits are R0.35 each, billed separately from the subscription.
