Safety & Compliance edition, every customer

A legal register seeded with the obligations your Act puts on you

Legal register software for South African mines and plants. The register comes seeded with Mine Health and Safety Act obligations or an OHS Act pack, with legal appointments, committees, clause-level conformance for ISO 45001 and compliance audits that feed the corrective-action register.

    01How it works

    Three things the product enforces

    Seeded, not blank

A mine starts with nineteen Mine Health and Safety Act obligations; a plant starts with an eleven-item OHS Act pack. Add your own rows, the responsible person and the evidence for each.

Appointments and committees on the record

Legal appointments and health and safety committees are kept with the register, with the objectives of the safety management system beside them.

    Conformance that raises actions

Clause-level conformance for ISO 45001, SANS 3000-1 and the MHSA, critical controls with verification due dates, and compliance audits whose findings go straight into the corrective-action register.

What it does not do yet

The register sends no due-date alerts and does not yet link to the inspections or documents that evidence each row: review dates are yours to diarise, and the evidence is recorded against the row by hand.

    03Questions

    Asked before buying

A list of every health and safety obligation that applies to a site, each in plain words, with the evidence it is met, the person responsible, the compliance status and the last review. ISO 45001 clause 6.1.3 requires one in substance; auditors and inspectors ask for it by name.

A mine under the Mine Health and Safety Act starts with the MHSA pack of nineteen obligations. A plant, factory or site under the OHS Act starts with the eleven-item OHS Act pack. Both are starting points to add to, not the whole law.

Clause-level conformance for ISO 45001 is recorded beside the register, with SANS 3000-1 and the MHSA, and a compliance audit against it feeds findings into the corrective-action register. The standard itself is yours to hold; Inspecable records your conformance to it.
