Every asset carries its own inspection history
Asset performance management for South African mines, plants and heavy-equipment fleets. An asset register with a QR label on every item, Excel import with AI column mapping, a per-asset timeline and health score, and isometric drawings with wall-thickness readings that raise an action when a reading falls below your minimum.
Three things the product enforces
A register you import, not retype
Bring the register in from Excel or CSV; AI maps your column headings to the asset fields and you confirm each row. Groups, categories, custom fields, sub-assets and a sites register of site, area and working place.
QR label, history, health score
Scan the label on the machine to open the asset or start its inspection. Every inspection, finding and action lands on the asset's timeline, and its health score is built from them. Manuals live on the asset for SpecBot to answer from.
Isometrics and CML readings
Isometric drawings with a check-and-approve lifecycle and an issued PDF that answers "is this current?" from a QR code. CML wall-thickness readings below the minimum you set raise an issue and a corrective action.
What it does not do yet
Work orders, the planned-maintenance register, parts and depreciation are on the Operations plan, switched on by Inspecable. The QR lookup needs a connection; the asset timeline is cached on Android.
