The daily vehicle inspection on the driver's phone, and every defect tracked until it is fixed
A vehicle inspection app for LDVs, bakkies, trucks, buses and fleet vehicles on South African mines, plants and fleets. The driver runs your own pre-trip checklist on an Android phone before the vehicle moves, offline, with a photo per item and a signature. US fleets call it a DVIR, a driver vehicle inspection report; whatever the name, a defect becomes a tracked issue and each vehicle keeps its own history.

Three things the product enforces
The pre-trip, on the driver's phone
Import your paper vehicle checklist from Excel, a PDF or a photo and AI turns it into a digital one you review before it goes live. The driver completes it at the vehicle with no signal, with a photo per item and a signature, and the phone's location is recorded with the inspection.
A defect is reported before the vehicle moves
Fail the tyres, brakes or lights and the app raises a tracked issue with a due date on the spot, offline, with the photo. A fleet manager assigns the owner on the web, and the corrective action cannot close without a method, evidence and a signature.
Each vehicle keeps its own record
Register each vehicle as an asset with a QR label in the cab. Its inspections land on its timeline, each with a signed PDF and a hash-chained history, and a date range of inspections exports as one ZIP when a client, insurer or auditor asks.
What it does not do yet
There is no telematics or vehicle tracking, and inspections do not create themselves each day: assign the checklist to drivers with a due date and it appears on their My Day list. A work order from a defect is on the Operations plan, and the app is Android and web only, with no iPhone app.
